Our three Founders, Dr Georgina Williams, Dr Jonathan Dunne and Dr Shaimaa Jamshidi are all London trained plastic surgeons. Our founders have different diverse interests ranging from non-surgical injectables through to laser and invasive surgery and are acknowledged experts in their respective fields.

Our beautiful clinic, set in the heart of London’s exclusive Belgravia, sits behind its own private garden, tucked away between Eaton and Sloane Squares. Originally laid out by the architect Oliver Hill as a copy of the garden of Eden in Venice, this wonderful haven of peace and tranquillity is unique in central London.
As you would expect from plastic surgeons, every detail at Montrose was carefully considered from the comfort of the sofas, to the co-ordination of fabrics and wallpapers. When designing Montrose, we wanted patients to feel instantly at home and at ease.
The journey into Montrose begins in our private courtyard garden, originally modelled on the Garden of Eden in Venice by the architect Oliver Hill. Once inside we wanted an atmosphere as far away from the austere and unwelcoming attitude of most clinics. We have carefully selected, fabrics and papers, finishes and fittings that fit with the our key design brief, to create a space that feels like a home.

Overall a disappointing experience, sterile and cold enough environment made bearable only by the maximalist decor. No serenity as portrayed in marketing features ie. Lack of music As a director within a private healthcare setting, very poor customer experience and not one I will be recommending to our own clientele.
I was advised if unhappy with results in 2 weeks to come back for a top up but work restrictions meant I did not attend for 4 weeks but was told that this was chargeable: disappointing again with lack of appreciation or flexibility for working professionals. No follow up provided or courtesy call as is often given at alternative aesthetic clinics.
Dr. Noy has been incredible from start to finish. It is a joy to go to this beautiful clinic, and care is second to none.

We overhauled the entire site and, in a change befitting one of Elena’s own clients, we transformed it into a beautiful and revitalised home for her incredible results and detailed treatment information. Her purpose-built location and remarkable surgical career demanded a far more interesting and elegant platform, and now her prospective clients can expect a much more up to date and clear indication of the talent and facilities.
