PATIENT JOURNEY

Your Time with Us

Every journey at Montrose is different and entirely bespoke but with one common theme: to provide you with the very best service and advice.

We want our patients to feel comfortable from their initial contact with the clinic and throughout their journey. At Montrose, we believe comfort transcends the physical - it's the peace of mind that comes from a team of experts and the assurance that when you ask questions, you'll be heard.

STEP ONE

Embarking on your journey

Book a consultation

When you're ready to begin, we'd love to hear from you - by phone, WhatsApp, or online - to arrange an initial consultation at our Belgravia premises.

If you're not yet sure which treatment is right for you, we'll book you in with one of our Aestheticians, who can walk you through everything we offer and help guide your decision.

If you already know you'd like to explore injectables, dermatology, or surgery, we'll discuss your concerns beforehand and match you with the most appropriate doctor.

STEP TWO

Arriving at Montrose

View All Treatments

Montrose is centrally located close to Sloane Square in its own private gated garden, a haven of calm in the middle of a busy city.

Before arriving, you will have been sent a medical history form to complete where you are able to note any relevant past medical history and any concerns you may have.

On arrival, you will be shown into out waiting room and given time to relax. We always advise clients not to wear make up during their initial consultation as the team will want to provide the best possible assessment of your skin.

STEP THREE

Your Consultation

Whether you're visiting Montrose for a facial or a facelift, we want you to feel completely comfortable discussing your concerns and understanding the options available to you.

While we've aimed to answer many common questions throughout this website, we always encourage you to raise them again with your practitioner. We'd far rather you asked than left a consultation with anything unresolved.

For surgical consultations, the process includes a few additional steps:

After your initial consultation, you'll receive a letter summarising your discussion with the doctor. A two-week cooling-off period follows, giving you time to reflect on what was discussed and gather any further questions. You’ll then be offered a follow-up consultation, which can be virtual, to talk through next steps.

If you decide to proceed, our patient liaison manager will guide you from there. Surgical appointments are often booked several months ahead, and during that time, your liaison manager will be your main point of contact for any questions. You're also welcome to book a further consultation with your surgeon at any stage.

STEP FOUR

The Procedure

Most of our procedures take place at our Belgravia premises. The clinic is fully equipped for non-invasive aesthetic treatments, dermatological consultations, and day-case plastic surgery under general anaesthesia in our purpose-built operating theatre.

All the surgical procedures we offer are safe and suitable as day cases, but some patients prefer a night away from a busy home to recover in peace and quiet. As all our consultant plastic surgeons are UK-trained and come from the NHS, they have admitting rights at a number of London hospitals offering overnight stays, including King Edward VII's, the Lindo Wing at St Mary's, and the London Clinic.

STEP FIVE

Your Aftercare

Whatever treatment you have had at Montrose, we keep in regular contact to monitor your progress and ensure you are happy with the outcomes.

As every person’s body develops differently so they heal differently, by keeping in regular contact we are able to monitor that process and, if necessary, intervene at the earliest possible moment.
