Embarking on your journey
Book a consultationOnce you have decided you wish to start a journey with us, we would be delighted to speak to you by telephone, whatsapp, or online to book you in for an initial fact gathering consultation at our Belgravia premises. If you are unsure about the treatment you want, then we normally book initial consultations with our aestheticians who are able to discuss everything offered at Montrose and provide advice on the treatments and the potential results.
If, on the other hand, you know you want to explore injectables, dermatology, or surgery, we will discuss your concerns prior to your visit and ensure you are placed with the most appropriate doctor.

View All TreatmentsMontrose is centrally located close to Sloane Square in its own private gated garden, a haven of calm in the middle of a busy city.
Before arriving, you will have been sent a medical history form to complete where you are able to note any relevant past medical history and any concerns you may have.
On arrival, you will be shown into out waiting room and given time to relax. We always advise clients not to wear make up during their initial consultation as the team will want to provide the best possible assessment of your skin.
Your Consultation
Whether you are visiting Montrose for a facial of a facelift, it is important that you are able to discuss your concerns in detail and are given the chance to fully and completely discuss the options available to you.
Whilst we have sought to cover many of the common questions in the various sections of this website, we encourage patients to discuss them again with their practitioner and to highlight any concerns they may have. We would always rather you asked a question and discussed the answer with your practitioner, than you left a consultation with questions.
Following a surgical consultation, you will receive a letter detailing your discussions with the doctor. You will then be required to wait for two weeks before agreeing to proceed with surgery. This cooling-off period is to ensure that you have had sufficient time to consider the initial consultation and formulate any further questions that you many have. You will then be offered a follow up consultation (which may be virtual) where you can discuss the next steps if you were to proceed with surgery. If at the end of this consultation you still wish to proceed, our patient liaison manager will meet with you to discuss the next steps. Often surgical slots are booked for several months and during this time, should you have any questions the patient liaison manager will be best placed to answer them but you will always have the option to book a further consultation with the surgeon at any time.
The Procedure
The majority of our procedures are undertaken at our Belgravia premises. Our clinic has all the equipment required to undertake non invasive aesthetic treatments, dermatological clinics and a full service operating theatre designed for general anaesthesia for day case plastic surgery.
All the surgical procedures we offer are safe and suitable to be undertaken as a day case but some patients would prefer to take a night away from a busy home to relax in peace and quiet. As all our consultant plastic surgeons are UK trained and come from the NHS, they have admitting rights at numerous hospitals throughout London that offer overnight stays, including the King Edward VII, St Mary’s Lindo Wing and the London Clinic.
Your Aftercare
Whatever treatment you have had at Montrose, we keep in regular contact to monitor your progress and ensure you are happy with the outcomes.
As every person’s body develops differently so they heal differently, by keeping in regular contact we are able to monitor that process and, if necessary, intervene at the earliest possible moment.

Overall a disappointing experience, sterile and cold enough environment made bearable only by the maximalist decor. No serenity as portrayed in marketing features ie. Lack of music As a director within a private healthcare setting, very poor customer experience and not one I will be recommending to our own clientele.
I was advised if unhappy with results in 2 weeks to come back for a top up but work restrictions meant I did not attend for 4 weeks but was told that this was chargeable: disappointing again with lack of appreciation or flexibility for working professionals. No follow up provided or courtesy call as is often given at alternative aesthetic clinics.
Dr. Noy has been incredible from start to finish. It is a joy to go to this beautiful clinic, and care is second to none.
