More About ClearV
ClearV utilises advanced laser technology to deliver targeted pulses of light energy to the skin. It is effective in treating a wide range of vascular conditions including cherry angiomas, spider veins, broken capillaries, vascular lesions, warts and rosacea.
The laser works by selectively targeting haemoglobin in the blood vessels, heating those vessels and causing them to collapse and be reabsorbed by the body. This results in the gradual reduction of visible veins and vascular irregularities, promoting overall skin clarity and health.
The treatment is typically comfortable with minimal discomfort and no downtime, making it a convenient option for those with busy lifestyles.
What Results Are Typically Achieved
ClearV treatments offer noticeable improvements in the appearance of vascular lesions and overall skin clarity. Patients can expect to see gradual yet significant changes in the visibility of spider veins, broken capillaries, and other vascular conditions over the following weeks and months.
With multiple sessions often spaced several weeks apart, patients can achieve long-lasting results and maintain clearer, more youthful-looking skin.

Preparing for your treatment
Prior to Arrival at Montrose4 weeks prior: Avoid any aggressive treatments such as ablative laser or chemical peels.
2 weeks prior: Avoid abrasive treatments including laser micro-needling, prolonged or recent UV exposure, aggressive facials, and irritant topical products (acids, retinol, vitamin C, or mechanical scrubs).
Blood thinners: If you are taking blood thinners, including NSAIDs such as aspirin or ibuprofen, discuss with your doctor whether it is possible to discontinue their use throughout your treatment course.
Your practitioner will remove any makeup, discuss any concerns, review your medical history, and photograph the treatment area.
The appropriate settings will be selected by your practitioner depending on your main concerns and skin type. You may feel a mild heat or snapping sensation, though generally, the treatment is comfortable.
Timings of treatment will depend on the concern and how many areas are being treated, typically lasting from 15 minutes up to an hour. Post-treatment, there may be some erythema (local skin redness) that may last a couple of hours, although in some cases it can last longer.
Post Treatment Advice
- Post-procedure: From 24 hours post-procedure, avoid direct sunlight on the treated area, use a hat where possible, and apply broad-spectrum physical SPF 50 with 5-star UVA protection.
- 24-48 hours: Keep the area dry and clean, wash with lukewarm water, and allow it to air dry (avoid using towels). Do not apply makeup to the treated area.
- 48 hours: Avoid touching or massaging the treated areas.
- 48 hours: Avoid saunas, hot baths, jacuzzis, exercise, or sweat-inducing activities. Avoid sunlight.
- 14 days: Do not apply retinoids or vitamin C.

Overall a disappointing experience, sterile and cold enough environment made bearable only by the maximalist decor. No serenity as portrayed in marketing features ie. Lack of music As a director within a private healthcare setting, very poor customer experience and not one I will be recommending to our own clientele.
I was advised if unhappy with results in 2 weeks to come back for a top up but work restrictions meant I did not attend for 4 weeks but was told that this was chargeable: disappointing again with lack of appreciation or flexibility for working professionals. No follow up provided or courtesy call as is often given at alternative aesthetic clinics.
Dr. Noy has been incredible from start to finish. It is a joy to go to this beautiful clinic, and care is second to none.
